venting :'( sorry for spelling errors

Im so hurt right now. My.boyfriend went out with friends and he says he was.only going .out for an hour . after an hour and.a.half I.messaged him saying why are you not.home ? & he replys with "i feel like.i.just got here.time went so fast" of course he done this. He always does. I.even said before he left that his.one hour turns into a couple more hours. Its been three hours now. And im pissed. He knows im upset and he still.out. Sometimes I feel like his life with.friends are more.important. I know.i was invited to go.out with him.but all they do is sit around drink beer and get high. Why would I want to.be around that. Im never had a problem with.him.going out, its the fact that he never comes home at a decent time. Im ready to.just tell him that no more. I.don't want him hanging out with.them. All his friends are single immature guys and my.bf.is the.only one that is having a.baby. So.he needs to drop his friends. I can't do this anymore. :'(

I go with my boyfriend every time he goes out lol last time I didn't he left at 7 and came home at 1. He slept on the couch that night. I told him this is his last night out so enjoy it. Cause Thursday I'll be 39 weeks and he's gotta be sober in case j go into labor. If he doesn't and I gotta take a cab to the hospital he won't be seeing the birth of his daughter

Anytime my husband goes anywhere he always asks if I wanna go if I say no he'll ask again 2-3 times before he leaves lol if I dont go he's usually pretty good about getting home at the time he tells me. There are good men out there they are just hard to find.

does he do it alot ? my fiance will go out with his friends(its not to get high, but they go hunting for 5-6 hours at a time) but he only goes on saturdays.. its not that bad really i go out shopping and get a pedicure with friends or something :) i know it ***** but if its only like once or twice a week i dont see the problem, cause its nice to go out with the girls every once in a while, if hes going out all the time i would definatly sit down and tell him he has a baby on the way and he needs to limit his days with friends, cause once baby gets here theirs not going to be much of that cause he needs to help you with that baby

My boyfriend hardly ever goes out. and when.he does he always asks me to go.with him, and sometimes I do. and I never think.he is doing anything wrong, I just don't like when I stay awake waiting for him and he doesn't even come home when he says. And when.he sites go out he never.ever.gets drunk. He.just has about three beers. But im the.girl that takes your word. If you say one hour. Then its one hour. I wouldn't mind if he messaged me.and say he wants to stay longer but he doesn't he'll just stay out

I'd be thrilled if my boyfriend only had 3 beers! Lol mine will down a 12 pack and pass out on the couch and you couldn't wake him if you tried. Getting out with friends is a good thing for both of you. Maybe next time he plans a night our you can go with some girlfriends to do something?

I think your being irrational... I understand how you feel, my boyfriend is the same exact way... My bf goes hang out with boys on the block and smokes, drinks, plays games and talks crap with his friends... I tell him to go during the week days after work and even to play basketball on the  weekends sometimes. Don't make your life all about him. Its healthy to have a life and do your own thing. Stop being his mom. Remember how you were when you first met? Cool, calm, sexy, mysterious...  You weren't ordering him around all the time. Back off, push him to go out and he'll get confused and want to spend more time with you. :)

Not being rude but youre not his mom. He shouldnt have to come in at a certain time unless he gets mad when you do it or youre far in your pregnancy. I went through this with my bf. If you nag him about coming in at certain times and he does nothin wrong youre gonna be a single mom. I hope that doesnt sound rude

Been there, done that. My boyfriend had a real hard time adjusting to my pregnancy. I let him do as he wanted the first few months and in the past month things have gotten so much better. He finally realized that his time for staying out and drinking is over. He hasn't had a drink in almost a month and has been home with me wayyyy more than he used to. Men are just naturally more immature, it might just take your boyfriend awhile to get adjusted.

did you girls.not.read my post or comments? I have no.problem.with him going out or how.long. its when he say a time then.changes.the time and not let me know. You know how many times a made dnner for.a guy that decided to.change the time he is coming home? To many. He has a new responiblity. His family.  Im also not making my life all about him, and I.dont act like his.mom. I.never tell him what to.do. Me and him been together long eniugh that we just know the do's and dont. I also know he would never leave me . He has told me many times that he would stop being friends with his friends, you're only reason he hangs' out with then is for free beer and.weed.

I get you and I don't want you to take what I said the wrong way. I understand why it makes you upset because I go through the same thing with my bf. I still get upset if I tell him to come home by 7:00pm cause we have plans and he doesn't get  home till 9:00 but all i'm saying is to let go a little too. He said the hour and a half went by fast and knowing your upset he may not even be able to fully enjoy himself... just give him a little more time. I don't doubt he loves you and will never leave but he may resent you later. Sometimes, just compromise. Dobby get so worked up over the small stuff. good luck <3

I understand. Most the time I do let it go. But yesterday we hsd a fall out so him doing that sorta added to everything. We are ovb fine now, but I told him.he really need to stop being late because it bothers me. He apolohized and I forgave him. lol I abmit I was alittle over doing it, and he admit that he has to.start communicating with me so then im not up waiting for him, or worryinh.

Exactly :) some times we have other things that just build up and we explode. especially, if this happens often. I understand that its more than just that... Its the whole drinking, smoking pot, sitting around doing nothing talking about zombies and superheroes thing that pisses you off too lol its like.... Hello? Grow up already, you have different priorities now. I know how it is. Im glad you calmed down and that both of you came to an agreement. That's what its all about.
