I only hurt for a few minutes after I wake up no cramps or anything. But thank you ladies ill try more pillows and drink more water (:
Yes it's normal! When you sleep and relax your ligaments stretch and it can be very sore waking up. Also try drinking water through the night if you wake up to pee, or drink some water before you go to bed.
Pillows..lots of them. Yes and as a 38+2 pregnant girl i can say it doesnt get any better. Get s body pillow, i dont have one cause i couldnt afford the money to spend on a pillow but i used my regular pillows in between my legs and behind my back. Didnt always help but helped relieve the pressure from tbe growing baby
Im 23 weeks and my hips get sore. Im not used to sleeping on my sides. I have to switch sides many times during the night. It could be the position you are laying, the baby growing, or a combo of both. Is it sore for a long time? Do you have any other symptoms, like cramps? If so, then I would call your doctor. Hope that helps & hope you feel better.
