Question....

Has anyone ever bled after intercourse?? I'm 27 weeks and was being intimate with my fiance when we noticed blood and a tiny blood clot on the blanket (sorry I know tmi). Has anyone else ever experienced it? It has been awhile for us, seeing as he just got home. Please anyone help!! I'm concerned about my baby....

Sex can cause bleeding due to the increased blood flow to the area and the overall increased amount of blood us mommas now have(a lot more sensitive down there)... but saying that anytime bleeding is involved you should always inform your Dr (that and any sudden changes) As long as the bleeding has stopped and isnt increasing id say its most likely because its been a while (as long as it was only a small amount) but if you experience any other changes like cramping or again increased bleeding id get checked out ASAP and until you get the ok from your Dr i wouldnt have sex for the meantime.... if you are still concerned its always okay to go get checked out to make sure all is well... even if its for reasurance thats a good enough reason in my opinion...congrats on your pregnancy and good luck!
