I took castor oil and it worked I drank some in the evening time and that night I was in active labor

Nothing works unless body is ready!  I Only say that is because ive tried it all even the oil capsules NOTHING helped. Im still only half centimeter dilated and 50% effaced

evening primrose oil it works to open your cervix :) insert 2 or 3 vaginally if your.in between 37-39'weeks
