weight gain/loss

I'm 18 weeks 5 days along and I've gained a total of 6 pounds since the start of my pregnancy. My dr. Isn't concerned because I lost about 8 pounds the first 14 weeks & have finally started to gain but he mentioned its low compared to normal. Just wondering what you've experienced as far as gaining & losing weight & where you were around 18-19 weeks.

Last pregnancy I lost 15lbs by then. This pregnancy I was at 8ish at 18 weeks but didnt lose weight this time bc I was only nauseous not puking. Now I am 23+3 and have gained 12 lbs. However I am overweight and goal was 20-25. I think you are fine though just keep gaining slowly and steadily and dont want to gain to much to quick either :-)

It all depends on your prepregnancy weight. Your BMI determines how muchbis normal for you.
