weight gain

Like right before I got pregnant I was trying to loses weight an lost like 20 pounds an was down to 145, now I'm 19 weeks pregnant tomorrow an am back up to 162 pounds :( is it bad that iv gained that much back that quick?? What should be the normal weight gain for this far along?

I use to be 200 pounds & I lost 50 pounds, I'm now up to 166 & it depresses me more then anything because of how hard I worked to lose it but as soon as I pop out my little miracle I'm hitting the gym. Just don't stress it too much, weight gain is normal during pregnancy. You're creating another person :) it'll all be worth it.

For me it really doesn't matter, yes it was hard to lose 40 lbs but for me I rather have my healthy baby and later I can lose weight again

I don't like it, it makes me feel like all that hard work for nothing, an Idk if I should be this big again this early in the pregnancy, it worrys me cuz I don't know if that's bad

I lost a lot of weight too from 185 I went to 145 and I'm at 158 right now, I have gained a lot too! I think its because we had just recently lost weight!
