It is common for women to lose weight in their first trimester. Just keep eating healthy and take prenatal vitamins and eventually you will start gaining when baby starts growing! Your body is working hard right now and metabolism is sped up.

Thank you so much for the comments and reassuring I am most likely over paranoid and I do have other health issues my husband is more worried about losing this pregnancy he started crying when I started spotting I had to reassure him that is normal for this period of pregnancy as I am only three weeks and six days along we have been hurt with several miscarriage and we so desperately want to have a baby please keep us in your prayers as we will keep all of you in our prayers
