You aren't supposed to deliberately lose weight when pregnant. If you're eating healthier and it just happens then that's fine. The baby needs nutrients.
Hi more diet bcoz ur pregnant.like me in ondiet before..but wen I found out im pregnant I eat always ..bcoz im always hungry haha .now im 7 wks snd 5 days pregnant.weight 174 before till I reach 145.now im 150..but its ok im happy im pregnant.so eat healthy foods.we can diet after gave birth...:)
Agree with others. You can watch what you eat and not pig out and keep it healthy but when pregnant is not the time to restrict calories significantly or actively try to lose weight. You can eat regular portions of healthy food which could be a switch for you if in the past you were eating larger than average portion sizes. good luck and congratulations.
