I gained 80 with my first,  lost 40 with my second and with this one I've only gained about 5 and I'm 25weeks.  I wouldn't try and lose weight,  just try to maintain.  I've struggled with weight for as long as I can remember,  so I understand the depression that sets in when looking at the scale while pregnant.  Try not to let it get to you tho,  because it's not just you right now.  I don't weigh myself unless I'm at the dr so I don't stress over it.

Its just so hard cause im already a big girl and I have lost over 70lbs since last year being at my heaviest at 270 and finally got down to 200 and it makes me cry seeing the lbs racking on the scale.

Its ok to calorie count but not to lose weight. When youre pregnant youre supposed to consume more calories I dont remember how many but you can look it up. Dont worry about your weight if youre eating healthy and not over doing the amount you eat then id say your body must need that weight. I gaines 55lbs with my first and I was eating healthy and not over eating. My dr never said anything to me about even though I gained 20lbs over the amount they say youre supposed to

Keep in mind if you breast feed you drop alot of weight quickly(for most part) and a healthy eating is probably the answer but don't stress about it honestly with holidays coming and all enjoy food.

You shouldn't aim to lose weight while pregnant, that's not healthy. And everyone gains different amounts while pregnant. If you want to slow your weight gain, just eat healthier. Don't diet.
