Lol I know you're not doctors, was looking for opinions. I don't pick him up to carry him around but today he fell asleep in the chair and I picked him up to move him to the bed lol

It all depends on you.. you know what your body can handle. I pick my 4 year old up all the time and I'm 33 weeks.

My TWO yr old son weighs 45 lbs. He has horrible fits and is a runner (autistic) yeah its strainful on your body but you gotta do what you gotta do.  My dr told me it was ok. I mean if theres somebody else around who can do it, then go that route.  But sometimes we got no choice. 4 is getting kinda big tho!

This is something you need to discuss with your doctor, because it is very person-specific. I know people who are allowed to lift 50 lbs and under, but my doctor said nothing above 10 pounds, esp in my third trimester. I would contact your doctor and ask him/her.

I wouldn't, could be putting too much straining on you without you even realizing until after the fact...
