Thanks ladies I will eat healthier but I lose weight OK and if not that's fine too as long as my baby is okay.
My midwife told me that I shouldn't try to lose weight intentionally, I lost 15lbs in my first trimester and asked if I should lose more because I'm not the skinniest person in the world. I was 180 and then dropped to 165. She told me to just eat healthy and continue doing light exercising.
When your pregnant you are going to gain weight. You can watch what you are eating but trying to "lose wright" isn't the best timing. Just watch what you eat. I wouldn't lower your intake either.
I've lost four pounds in the last three weeks by accident, lol . I crave lots of fruit and salads. Which I guess dropped me down some. Doctors had no concerns
I wouldnt think trying to lose weight is a good idea... However eating healthy and exercising is recommended
I'm drinking water all day. That's all I drink, but I'm not trying to really diet bc I know that that's bad but I don't want to gain unnecessary fat. But I will eat healthier food.
Its normal to lose weight in the beginning without really trying. Usually it happens because of morning sickness, but I never had it and went from 149 to 140 before I started gaining. I think mine happened a lot cuz I stopped drinking alcohol and cut out almost all pop, which made huge difference. Plus your body is working overtime making another little person :)
Don't try if your ego is prego. :) just eat healthy and exercise. Drink lots of water and don't over indulge. Your carrying another life in that tummy like now is the time to say bigger is better!!! My husband says the bigger you get the more I will find you attractive because I know you are doing good for our son. Talk to your midwife before trying to diet.
Eat salads and healthy foods chickens a good health lean meat you can also discus it with your midwife she will know more
