weird feeling down there

The last couple of days I've had this weird tingling feeling in my vagina, and pressure that comes and goes, my next appointment with my ob isn't until Tuesday. Baby has been head down for about 3 weeks now, and I was 100% effaced and only 1cm dilated my last appointment 8/4
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what it could be from? Is it just the baby moving down more or is labor around the corner?

I'm 30 weeks and I feel pressure also in my vagina I have to massage it or get my boyfriend do it for me
I just recently had this problem my doctor told me that can be either From the baby moving down more or even stretching it can also mean your trying to dilate more
