weird question!

Today I had another ultrasound and I got a better 3d picture of my little one. Her nose looked sort of flat.. do all babies have flat noses and they take shape as they get older? If so, why do they have flat noses?

I think its just the pic,in my 3d ultrasounds my bub has a lil round button nose

I did some super fast research and im still continuing my search but i read that the 3rd ultrasounds do distort the image of your baby a little and that could be why the nose appears to be flat hope that helps :)
