I suggest cutting down, I cut down within 3 weeks was down to 1-2 smokes and quit. Keep yourself busy as already suggested, try get rid of temptations, like throwing away lighters, ash trays, papers, filters things lime that, clean up the butts laying around and try avoid being around smokers as much as you can, it really worked for me! Motivate yourself by telling yourself you don't need it and don't want it and ask for encouragement from friends and family. Think about your little one as much as you can too, that thought alone made me quit, you can do it, anyone can and has the power to quit, keep trying girl(:

My Dr actually told me if I cannot quit smoking absolutely do not vape, he said just cut down on cigs so I have 3 a day and sometimes I don't even smoke at all but just make a gradual decrease and you'll stop thinking about it I give myself a chore list then after my chores are done I go on a walk :) it helps alottt and my house is squeaky clean lol

I'm having a real hard time quitting and I know it's bad for my little one but it's really a struggle. I've cut down and tried so hard. I'm thinking of a vape, I've had one before and it actually did help cause I forgot about it alot
