whats wrong with me

I have been having pain on my left side fills like sharp pain and sometimes on my right side. I also am having bad back pain. And been sick like nausa and tired all the time. I cnt sleep. I have chest pains and my last pd was nov 9th but was late 1day I then toop ept came back positive and nexts day started bleeding I tgen took another ept after the bleeding stoped it said neg I dnt no whats wrong also my boobs hurts bad I am having to wear a bra to bed also boobs r.little bigger

It sounds like eptopic. Same symptoms i had a few months ago when i had an ectopic.

Thank you all who answered I will be going into the er as soon as I can find someone.to.watch my 3kids. Also I am going to take another.hpt tomorrow and see what it said and one more thing I forgot that the day I started bleeding mins befor I.notice white stringy stuff down there but then started what I thank was my pd lasted 6days

If you were my patient I would want you to come in for a beta hcg (bood pregnancy test) and possibly and ultrasound.  It may be that you had a chemical pregnancy, which is a pregnancy which only shows up briefly on a test.  It might also be that the test wasn't accurate.  I would be concerned about the pain, especially in the setiing or a positive prenancy test, because I would be concerned about a tubal pregnancy.

If you had a positive pregnancy test, bled then got a negative test combined with pain on one side then you need to get to the hospital now! It could be an ectopic pregnancy which can be very serious if not treated quickly.
