I'm 25 weeks ago and I have almost everything I need!  I like to be prepared. I would start as soon as I find out the gender, but there's also gender neutral stuff

I would buy everything that you don't need gender for like diapers, wipes, bottles stuff like that you can never be to prepared!

I waited until my baby showers to see what we needed to get after wards .

You can start buying neutral stuff now. Blankets,  a crib, careseat/stroller, a swing. ..I had everything by 24 weeks. I bought a crib and swing at 16 weeks when I found out the gender. Its never too early in my opinion to buy things.
