whats wrong?

Im a ftm and thursday ill be 36 weeks. For the past 2 hours ive been in so much pain. My back and stomach are killing me and i have the urge to poop but i cant and im really nauseous. Whats wrong?

You could be in labor, those are all of the symptoms I had when I was in labor with my first born

Ok. Ive taken pain meds ive tried laying down drinking water etc nothing is working :( and ftm means first time mom
