when does implantation occur?

since last friday ive had on and off cramping in my ovary area. i think i was ovulating because of the discharge texture and color. but that on and off cramping lasted till yesterday mostly on my left side. And this morning i woke up feeling bloated and crampy like my period might come but its not due for about ten days maybe nine. could this be a sign of implantation and pregnancy? my discharge has been clear and very stringy for a few days now. i dont know if its my period coming early or maybe i am pregnant? but has this happened to any of you? i know its too early to test so i cant be quite sure. my lower stomach feels tight like almost bloated when im on my period. any comments would help! i dont know what to think!

What you've described is very similar to what happens to me up to 3 days before I ovulate. Up until this month, I've been basing my O date off of those two signs alone. But then I read that you can have what seems to be fertile discharge up to 2 days after you O. So, I started monitoring my temps this month, just so I have another factor to base my O date on. I'm only on CD11, and I haven't ovulated yet. Yesterday, I started getting my pre-O symptoms just like you described. It will be interesting to see how my temps coincide w/ my symptoms.

So, to me, it sounds like you are either getting ready to ovulate or you just did. Hope that helps and good luck!!

They say implantation can occur 6-12 days after ovulation. The clear stringy, egg white consistancy, discharge is a sign of ovulation. It sounds to me like you are having ovulation symptoms. Take care.
