Eat small meals and find out what sits with your baby and what dont. I'm 13w3d and still going thru the motion with this little picky eater of mine.

Embrace your cravings! I used to only be able to eat whatever I craved. Otherwise, I would get sick. I did have to make myself eat healthy snack meals sometimes, but usually just eating whatever I craved did the trick.
