why?? so painful... normal?
Ok so in my lower back above my tail bone I get this pain and it cracks. Every time I move it cracks. It hurts so bad.
Yea i had that too in my first trimester...i think it was just my body changing,making space for the baby...it was extremely paunful...but warm compresses and resting with my legs up helped alot..and stretching...
My tail bone always feels broken but it doesn't crack or anything. I think its just pressure from the baby
I mean I never had this pain before pregnancy sooo I guess it has something to do with pregnancy
I have no idea and my doctor either. She said if it gets worse they will do an xray but she prefers to wait till after the baby
I get the same thing I still don't know what causes it and neither does my doctor
