work out suggestions!

Before I was got pregnant I started my  healthier life style change. Im so scared to do any hard cardio or alot of jumping and anything else I think would harm the baby or increase the chances of miscarriage. Are there any expecting mom who work out 30mins everyday and what are your routines.Im  in my first trimester

A lot of pregnancy books have workout suggestions. Run them by you're doc/midwife first but thirty minutes a day should be great for both you and baby.
