working on baby 4

me and my boyfriend tryna work on baby 4 we have 3 girls and need a boy and befor the iud i was vary fertile thats y i have a 7 year old my m iddle turning 6 next month and my last one is 4 in a half i had my iud in for 4 in the half years and i got it  removed on 10-3-11 and started heavy on 10-5-11 and 4 days later it stopped on 10-9-11 and started again on 10-28-11 and it lasted for a day in a half thin stopped and haven had a period since but took 4 hpt and all came back - so is it to early to know

and yeah its really wired right now but i when to see my doctor to day my and he said it could take up to months to get pregnant and to just wait and see if i have a period each month and if it skips take a hpt so im just gone try not to think of it and just let it happen when ever god wont it to happen but thank u for the help.

Coming off birth control and mess up your cycles some what. In some cases, it can take up to a year for cycles to regulate themselves. So irregular/missing periods can be expected. Just because you missed a period - doesn't mean you're pregnant. Also, you can't take a pregnancy test until at least 2 weeks after intercourse, or when your period is late - but since it's irregular I would stick with the 2-3 week mark.

You need to be ovulating to be able to conceive. Most women ovulate mid-cycle. So for example if you have a 28 day cycle, you're most likely to ovulate around CD14. So you would need to be having intercourse every other day leading up till that day, and then for 2 days after.

You can track ovulation in a number of ways. Charting your BBT (basil body temperature), cervical mucous but the most accurate way is to use OPK's (ovulation predictor kits).

it might be, also when you come off birth control ur cycles can be messed up for a couples months, if i were you i would use the ovulation sticks so u can figure out when you are ovulating
