working out

I go to the gym here and there to take walks on treadmills and squats and few lifting here and there. i want to gain the right amount of weight for my baby, without gaining too much weight as well.. im only 11+4 days, i hope im not puting my baby to risk. but i want to stay healthy and fit as well. any one else concern aboug weight gain..?

It's fine just ask your doctor I plan on doing same when I become pregnant again

I am pregnant for the 5th time and exercising more than I ever did in my other pregnancies. I was always afraid to..but my dr said it was fine and I feel so much better this pregnancy.  Less weight gain, less back pain and I sleep better. I do yoga almost everyday and zumba 2-3 times a week.

As long as u eat right (not for two!) And exercise moderately you will come out shinning. Its not hard. A lot of times the baby will keep u from gaining weight. It messes with ur metabolism
