Lots of cardio like walking and you can also do the stair stepper. if you lay on your back and workout your legs doing different things that also helps. You can do some squats but only until you feel tired then stop.
Lots of walking and a lot of yoga! There's videos for exercises for first trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd. You could also check with your doctor to see what works best for you and just a heads up if you start doing this early in your pregnancy it shouldn't be hard as you get bigger! Good luck!
Prenatal yoga I think its what its called :) I haven't been able to do much of it because it got a little harder as my belly grew lol so I stuck with walking lol
