worried! vitamim k injection

I've just been given the vitamin k injection . I'm 31 weeks. This doctor told me i have to get one at 28 wk and 34 wk while pregnant. With my first pregnancy i only got given it after given birth and was told i only needed it while pregnant IF i had any bleeding. I'm now worried.. Can this injection do anything to my baby? Because there was a chanve of side affects for me

it is made from blood plasma but theg give it justnin case your babies bloodbhas mixed with yours in utero to try and avoid any anti bodies being made. im pretty sure that there are no side effects though. i also have negative blood and with both pregnancies have had 3 shots. 2 during pregnancy and for my first one after as he has positive blood. haven't had my second yet but will get another after birth i assume as this baby will have positive blood as well. why are you worried?
