i was on depo for to years i came off and dident have a period for a year i have only just started having a bit of a period so they are not reg yet an i have had some spotting but i had unprotective sex the other nite an then the next day there was a bit of blood on and off but not a period.is there a chance i could be pregnant an when would be the best time to do the test to find out

I actual got pregnant on depo....do u know when ur period are due to start??? I would go to the doctors and get checked out and let the doctor know that you are trying to conceive....good luck to u

i had one little period when i came off depo took 7 months to come!! then i fell pregnant!! good luck

The only way to tell is a pregnancy test, however with you cycle being out of whack from the depo I would speak with your doctor about getting something to regulate your cycle.  Good luck
