she just called me back and said it can cause your water to rupture cause it can make your cervix swell and that they prescribe it all the time so i feel much more comfortable taking it now thank you for your help!!!

oh lol idk if it says to apply at bedtime but APPLY IT AT BEDTIME...otherwise it will all leak out while you walk around and it s-ucks LOL. so only apply it before you're going to lie down for the night :)

did it come with an applicator? usually you use the applicator and insert it slightly into your vagina (i only inserted it about an inch and a half, i'm a wuss, lol) and deliver an applicator-full once a day....as well as you can apply it externally for the itching and burning...

but some of them are completely external and all you do is apply it to your vulva and use a finger to apply it a little way up your vagina (not like sticking it up there, just kind of rub it where you can easily reach with a fingertip).

yes it can cause your bag of waters to rupture...any sort of infection in the vaginal/cervical area can weaken the bag of waters...you definitely want to treat it.

I used it with my last pregnancy, worked great, no side affects.

i asked her and she said it wouldn't hurt the baby..i guess theres alot of different opinions out there. what happens if you don't clear up a yeast infection with medicine? besides if you have it at delivery the baby can get thrush...can it cause any other problems?

it should be absolutely fine. it says ASK not "don't take" if you're pregnant ;). i had to take yest infection cream with both pregnancies...just don't freak out when it all comes gushing back out, lol, because I did.

There is no proof that this does or dont harm your child.I would ask that she puts you on somthing else, just to put your mind at rest.tell her your concerns.
