Thats what ive heard, and it actually does help make.you feel.more comfortable by rolling your hips while sitting on it! :) you can even put ur arms over the top of it and squat throw all of your weight on.it..use the force of gravity to try and bring the baby down, i use it for comfort lol
I've tried the ball, squats, yoga, jogging, swinging on a swing at the park... everything you could possibly think of and nothing has helped me! I am due Sunday. Hope it gets you going. I think you have to be dilated in order for it to work and I am not. How far along are you?
