This might be a dumb question but is it safe to eat yogurt while prego? I heard yogurt has live bacteria cultures so I wasn't sure if its safe
Not only is yogurt good for you, but the cultures in it is are really good for keeping yeast infections at bay which pregnant women are more prone to.
as pp said, perfectly ok to eat youghurt and the bacteris is really good for your digestive tract/stomach :)
