Excess skin on baby's head

My son has been born at 32 weeks. My wife lost her waters early in the pregnancy. We found out at 20 week scan. My wife was then scanned every two weeks and baby was ok each time. We were given all info. regarding possible complications once baby was born. Mostly Lung development. Now he is here and as we were aware he has Lung development problems which he is being treated for and doing really well. However there are also some other issues which we didn't expect. He has a lot of excess skin on his head. He has 1 more rib on 1 side. He has a curve in his spine. I just really need any info on these issues.
