How much food how often

My daughter was born at 35 weeks 1 day gestation. She is now 19 days old. She does not cry for food and she suffers from GERD. The drs said feed on demand but then said small frequent meals. How much how often should she be eating?  I'm waking her every 2 hours to feed and giving her 2oz pumped breastmilk. When breastfeeding she eats until it all comes back.

Good luck!  We saw some improvement in 24 hours nut bigger improvements after several days. Also if it seems like it's starting to work less the dosage is based on weight so needs to be increased as baby grows
