Premature baby, doctors don't know why?

Hi, last year I had my son at 32 weeks. Originally he wanted to come out at 30 weeks but we were able to keep him in for 2 extra weeks. The doctors nor I have no clue why he was premature and he only spent about 3 weeks in NICU. He was on the lowest percent of oxygen for a week then in the incubator for a week and finally doing well on his own for another week and able to come home. But they still could never figure out why he was early and either could I?

Sometimes they just keen to see their Mummy!  I had my wee girl at 33 weeks, she was 4.7 pound. I know it was from a wave breaking on my stomach at the beach as I felt her flip and engage...but a lot of the time mums never know why.
