Very depressed about my baby
I just had my baby at 30weeks she came early and I don't know why. I'm home now and super depressed, I miss her and fear we won't bond. I feel so alone,.I can't sleep. I had her on Monday I didn't wanna leave the hospital without her, this feels horrible. How do I deal?
All u can really do is visit as much as possible. And just have faith in the NICU ur baby is at. She will be out sooner than u think. And u will bond with her. U carried her for nearly 8 months... She knows the sound of ur voice. So visit as much as possible and talk to her. A lot. And have friends and family with u for support. Trust me. They won't let u go at this alone. I hope everything goes well for u and ur baby.
