I'm 57 and today had a prostate biopsy. Watched PSA over the last couple of years rise to 4.1, with gland barely above normal size. As soon as he went in he talked about calcification. No other issues, no nodule, soft. No idea what to think and reading makes my stomach turn. Father had prostate cancer but died due to other issues at 82. Any more thoughts on calcification and whether enlargement and PSA levels can be impacted?
