Can a enlarge prostate cause hotness in the genital area ?
Hi, the more common symptom is urinating problems and feeling a lump while sitting down which may cause hotness in your genitals. How old are you?

Hi I'm 32 years old and I seen a urologist yesterday and he checked my prostate and said its the size of a 50 year old man so I have to go back for further testing.... I also noticed when I sit down it gets really hot in my genital area and I also noticed that when I urinate and finish after a couple of seconds I can feel my penis leaking... So I was wondering if this is hotness I was feeling because I was stuck on the herpes thing before..
