Yes, definitely it could mean it hasn't metastasized to the bones. While it does increase the likelihood of it, nothing is ever certain. I googled "PSA 200 metastases" and found some stories on different sites where men had PSAs into the 1000s and didn't have bone cancer.
My dad had bone cancer for years - at least 5, that I can remember. Obviously, he was being treated for it.
I'm not familiar with PMR, How was he diagnosed? There are really specific things they look for -
Make sure they've done those, and aren't just guessing.
I'm sorry with everything else going on, they are still waiting until the end of April for the biopsy. I know it seems like a really long time, but in cancer time, a month isn't that long.
