I had a Foley catheter removed yesterday and I am experiencing bladder leakage?

I had a robotic prostatectomy because I had a cancerous lesion on my prostate. They got it all with my prostate there was no cancer in the lymph nodes or any of the surrounding area. I had my Foley catheter removed yesterday morning. I had a lot of leakage in the beginning. I now only leak when I am up and moving around. I do not leak much at all when I am prone or lying down. I have been doing Kegel exercises a lot while sitting and lying down and have been stopping my urine stream several times during urination. But I still leak when I am up moving around. My questions are is this a normal issue and how long will this go on?
