Milky discharge
I've been noticing a whiteish milky discharge only when I...defecate. There's no pain or anything. I just don't know what to think.

Milky discharge from the penis while defecating could be due to a variety of reasons. It could be prostatic fluid or could be related to sexually transmitted infection. If you symptoms have not resolved, you should visit with a physician who can better determine the cause.
