Post prostate biopsy - blood in ejaculate

I recently had a prostate biopsy (7 days ago) due to an elevated PSA test.  I no longer have any bleeding when I urinate or in my feces.  There is quite a bit of blood in my ejaculate though and I want to know if I should masterbate to "cleanse the system".

The blood is harmless, you can ignore it.

There is no harm in clearing the tubes through masturbation and ascertaining that your ejaculation output is back to normal. I have prostatitis and it is recommended.
Traces of bood which are present with the sperm can be for,i n some cases, a few weeks.
