WBC's in the urine usually mean infection, but other things can cause it in small amounts. Frequent sexual intercourse, masturbation, dildos, vigorous sex all can cause a small amount of WBS occasionally.
However, if this is a recurrent thing, then it should be investigated. I would start with a gynecologist, and if everything is normal and the finding persists, then maybe a urethroscopy and workup by a urologist.
Hi -
I'm sure this is scary. Did they give you any indication of what they are looking for?
Traces of glucose is better than it could be - if you had large amounts, that would probably be more concerning, but since you shouldn't have any at all, it's good that they are following up.
Most often, glucose in urine is a sign of diabetes or another condition that raises your blood sugar. Do you have that? Do you have to fast for your blood work? If you do, my guess is that the blood work includes blood sugar levels.

White blood cells in your urine can be found for lots of reasons - inflammation and infection are the biggest two. Did you get a result for that? Was that also trace? Men can often have a few white blood cells in their urine and it not mean anything. It's hard to say what this is without knowing what your result was. Is the doctor sending out for a urine culture for more analysis?
I wouldn't leap to prostate cancer. Obviously, I can't say you don't have that, and I'm not a doctor, but these 2 tests aren't enough to indicate it. In any case, it's good that your doc is being thorough.
Keep us posted on what happens, and best of luck!
