Prostate measures : 40x33x32 mm volume 22.8cc. 34 Years - FAATTY Liver

Today I have got my Ultrasound report as part of my medical check up and I am little worried.
My physician is not available and I thought of getting experts opinion and suggestion on this forum.
I have reproduced my report
PROSTATE is enlarged in size with normal chotexture. Prostate measures : 40x33x32 mm volume 22.8cc.

No evidence of free fluid noted in the abdomen. No para aortic lymphadnopathy.

FATTY Liver.

Do I  have any serious health issues ?
I would want your suggestion on  available  treatments and precautions.

Your prostate is not significantly enlarged; in fact, it is normal in size.

Fatty liver is common. Your doctor may decide to run some lab tests.
