Semen with traces of blood
It was late at night I needed to urinate i was wearing tight track pants tied tight, as I pulled my penis out to urinate it came somewhat trapped between with the waistband pushing up on my testicles it hurt during the urination now the strange part, I went in my room used a old towel and and attempted to urinate it dribbled out with a semen like substance with small traces of blood, note I'm a excessive masturbator and I'm 19.
Any ideas what this could be and don't suggest the doctors or go for a checkup as I won't do so,
