after prostate removal psa level remains and doubles after 3 months

I had laproscopic prostatectomy January 2015. My first PSA test resulted in .05. 3 months later it has doubled and is now 1.0. What has happened?

That could be cause for concern.  Did you ever get an answer from your doctor?  I know the psa is supposed to drop to near zero.
