Chemo Brain

Prior my diagnosis I had been moody comatose like and really out of it- very irritable and just made no sense- I found out I had breast cancer- and it was a relief to know mine was the her2 positive- having to do with my hormones which regulate a lot of hte mood the metabolism etc.  Prior to this I was seeing a psychologist for adhd and on top of taking those meds I have what is known as "chemo" brain.. what exactly is it? *my experience is short term memory and foggy thinking" and so I am easily frustrated.  What are some techniques or sources to find out how to deal with this and how long does "chemo brain" last.. also does radiation have any effect on my brain?

Thanks,
Heather
