How do I go about getting my imaging re-read, without ruffling feathers?

I have had an abdominal/pelvic CT w/ contrast done and there were issues that were not noted on the report.  i.e. ext iliac lymph node 28 mm x 14 mm, cecal wall thickening w/ fat stranding, vessel engorgement.  While my OBGYN and  Urogyneologist both recommend I see colon surgeon, they say I need to have my CT re-read.  Problem, the ordering Dr won't resubmit it.  Hasn't yet, after multiple requests.  There are other issues as well.  Around area of artifact from a hip prosthesis, and report just states pelvis not well visualized, collapsed ascending colon, TSTC's of liver, post surgical pelvis, nothing to support patient's abdominal pain.  Bladder is not well distended, not visualized.  Unremarkable.  However, there are multiple issues quite well visulized, and not one single doctor will move forward until I have a report that states the obvious.  I'm getting worse as days pass, and really need to know how to get the paperwork up to speed.  (I also had previous neck imaging done, clearly showing a mass in my throat-saw many dr's and finally when it was visible through my open mouth and I could barely swallow water even, a surgeon DID remove it-however, would not request that the imaging (same place) be re read with the mass noted on the report.  I feel like the poster child for falling through the cracks because no one wants to be the one who asks another doctor to recheck something.  How does a patient get help in a situation like this?  I only want continuity of care, and a chance, I'm not wanting to go thru legal routes-nor do I wish my family to feel they have to should I become unable to take care of things myself.

You can call the imaging facility and kindly ask the radiologist to take a second look and do an addendum if necessary.

Forgot to add, had previous colonoscopy with SC polyp removed.  Have recent colon/endoscope done no new p's, however extremely tortuous and extremely redundant colon.   Also past week, positive hemoccult test.  Told to see colorectal surgeon soon, but neither Gyn, or Urogyn want to make the referral, and Dr who did recent scopes is not doing anything past the scope f/u-even with recommendations from both gyn Dr's.   They see the imaging I brought in to go with report, they say I need new report.  How?
