Interpret this MRI report in plain English?

A small amount of slightly lobular but homogeneously enhancing pituitary tissue at the floor of the normal size sella. Pituitary stalk is deviated towards the asymmetric pituitary gland.

No suprasellar or parasellar mass evident.

You should ask your doctor who ordered the study how to interpret that report. Given that you posted several months ago, I presume you already found the answer.
