Mri of cervical spine

I have the following comments  from the Mri  radiology and requesting explination please
1) C3/4 and smaller C4/5  left posterolateral disc protrusions
2) C6/7 small posterior disc protrusion

Please help me to understand if its a risky symptoms or not and how severe it is and how can be treated .

You have a nerve compression around your cervical bone that may cause pain.
