Need CT Chest with contrast results interpreted

These are the results:
Lungs: Evaluation of the right hemithorax demonstrates no evidence of infiltrate or effusion.
Evaluation of the left hemithorax demonstrates no evidence of infiltrate or effusion.
Pleura: There is no evidence of pleural effusion.
Thoracic aorta a great vessels: Thoracic aorta is normal in caliber.
Heart and pericardium: Heart is normal in size
Lymph nodes: There is no significant mediastinal lymhadenopathy
Chest wall: normal
Thoracic spine: There is degenerative disease noted of the thoracic spine
Visualized upper abdomen: There is no focal abnormality in the visualized liver or spleen

The right adrenal gland is normal

Patient status post cholecystectomy

There is dilation of the common hepatic and common bile duct measuring up to 1.3 cm in size

There is a large left adrenal mass which measures 5 x 4 cm.

This adrenal mass does not ct criteria for adenoma.

Other: Evaluation of the bones demonstrates degenerative disease noted of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine.

IMPRESSION:
NO EVIDENCE OF INFILTRATE OR EFFUSION
NO SIGNIFICANT MEDIASTINAL LYMPHADENOPATHY
LEFT ADRENAL MASS WHICH MEASURES 3.7 X 4.8 CM WHICH DOES NOT MEET CT CRITERIA FOR ADENOMA
THE THYROID GLAND IS ENLARGED IN SIZE WITH MULTIPLE NODULES AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
ON CURRENT EXAMINATION, THERE IS NO DISCRETE NODULE NOTED WITHIN THE LEFT LOWER LOBE.
