What do the results of my MRI mean?

Hello!
I have the impression of my MRI and i'd like to know the result in a explanation I can better understand. Any extra information would help. I was getting the MRI for chronic pain. I understand the first impression, but the second one is a bit confusing.

IMPRESSION:
1. Essentially negative MRI scan without evidence of intracranial
mass, hemorrhage, midline shift, abnormal enhancement or restricted
diffusion. No MRI findings worrisome for demyelinating disease.
Negative MRI scan does not exclude demyelinating disease however.
2. Subtle approximately 1 cm nodular foci of altered signal
intensity in the malar cutaneous - subcutaneous regions bilaterally
of undetermined significance.

Thank you in advance!
