I am a 31 year old woman I had a discetomy on L5-S1 when I was 20. I was wondering what my MRI results mean can anyone help me?? Broad shallow recurrent or residual disc protrusion at L5-S1 along with facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy resulting in severe right and moderate left neural foraminal stenosis.
Mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at L4-L5.
